International shipping is $50 minimum, it will be calculated when your order is received and you will receive an email confirmation. This does no include any customs duties that may apply that are your responsibility. You must check with your local customs office. All shipments are insured. Any fees incurred for out of the country shipping are the responsibility of the client

All Items ordered online are considered Special Orders to be made for you, allow the time for them to be constructed, follow the chart below to see the regular times for merchandise to be made. Unless they are stock sales, or sample sales. Accessories are already make but they require an ordering period for shipping from warehouse to you.

Online merchandise cannot be returned to our stores, we accept online merchandise returns via mail only.

Items purchased at What's Up Europe stores may not be returned or exchanged, neither in stores nor via mail.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.

Items that cannot be returned:
  • Personalized items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
  • Special Sale items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
  • Perishables, earrings, and personal care items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
For all other products purchased online, please submit your request via e-mail within three business days after arrival. We guarantee the utmost service and workmanship. Once we receive your notification we will respond with 24 hours with your return instructions.

You may just want to replace your item for a new order. Once we receive your item we will determine whether the non-personalized items are returnable, and are not subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Missed-shipped Items

You will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered).

For all other items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. (Note: Refunds for the return shipping fee are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

Conditions for Return and Credit

Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
  • Dresses and Accessories - Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order. All returned items after being approved will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined by the specific item and designer as applicable.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as FedEx. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.

Credits are processed within three business days; upon confirmation of the return. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.

Remember that the customer is responsible to pay all taxes, tariff, imports, customs, when it is shipped out of the USA.
Our shipping is always at ground shipping within USA ground. All other shipping is extra and is required to be paid by the customer.
All returns if approved will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined by
dress style and company, if applicable.
The pictures are pretty accurate, all garments that are shipped to our store first and then shipped to the customer are inspected for factory damage.
If the customer does not like the dress after ordering or changes her/his mind then the customer accepts the charges that will be incurred.

Please allow up to one billing cycle to pass for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. In the event that a credit cannot be issued to your credit card, an online store credit will be issued.
